These Schedules are not stand-alone documents — they only have legal effect when read together with the Master Terms of Service. The Master covers cross-cutting clauses (governing law, liability, IP, dispute resolution); each Schedule covers operational details specific to one service.

Sanya Host Schedule
Sanya Host — shared cPanel hosting, business email, SSL, backups (Part 1), plus domain registration, renewal, transfer-in/out, redemption and registry obligations — ICANN, tzNIC, UDRP & tzNIC dispute policy (Part 2). Domains were formerly Schedule B, now merged here.
CCloud Schedule
Sanya Cloud VPS, Storage Box, S3-compatible object storage. Shared-responsibility model, snapshots vs backups, tiered retention by billing cycle.
DBusiness Schedule
Sanya Business multi-tenant SaaS — workspace isolation, plan limits, payroll & statutory reporting, data portability.
ESMS Schedule
SanyaSMS bulk gateway — TCRA sender-ID rules, prepaid credits (TZS 35/SMS, no expiry), carrier-failure crediting, consent, and the ban on political-campaign SMS without consent.
FKanisa Schedule
Kanisa MS church management — washirika, sadaka, mahudhurio. Per-church isolation, sensitive (religious) data handling, member messaging.
GStore Schedule
Sanya Store — digital downloads, no refund after download, 7-day pre-download window, seller listings & payouts.
How Schedules attach to the Master
- You sign up for any service. By doing so, you agree to the Master Terms of Service + the Schedule for the service(s) you purchased + the Acceptable Use Policy + the Privacy Policy.
- If you later purchase a second service, the Master continues to apply; you simply pick up the additional Schedule.
- If a clause in a Schedule conflicts with the Master on a service-specific matter (e.g., refund window), the Schedule prevails (Master §17). On cross-cutting matters (e.g., governing law, liability cap), the Master prevails.
- If you separately sign a custom contract or DPA with us, that signed document prevails on the matters it expressly covers.
